The Prime Minister’s Office made and released this video to mark Muscat’s first 100 days in office. That was when they were in their first flush of campaign-driven, gvern-li-jisma mode, with everything still carefully produced and scripted by Mario Philip Azzopardi with a view to how it would look on camera (shame about the dreadful acting).
It’s only been 21 months and those days seem like another lifetime away. The Gvern Li Jisma is now holed up in its concrete pillbox already (forget ivory tower), shooting down critics through the slits while a procession of lackeys crawls up the hillside with emergency provisions.

Ah yes, words of such conviction but sadly no deliverance on all counts. So many scandals and in so short a time. This clip certainly feels like a lifetime ago.
They might however pick him for a Kafkesque play.
