It is actually a very creative and intelligent merge of structural and construction. It makes up for the other multiple mistakes.

Malta has been taken over by a bunch of illiterate idiots and this says it all.
I don’t know what I find worse, the bad spelling and grammar or the non-centred exclamation mark inside the triangle.
Amateurs the lot of them. They cannot even use a spell checker. Probably whoever got the contract to do these signs cannot even read or write let alone do professional printing. I wonder who that might be.

What bothers me most is the use of ‘Sorry for’

From what I have heard, it is very probable that he might have at least proof read it.
I counted six grammatical and spelling errors:
1. Capitalised ‘Structional’
2. Non existent word ‘Structional’
3. Comma after ‘works’
4. ‘tempoary’ instead of ‘temporarily’
5. ‘for the any’
6. Capitalised ‘Inconvenience’
The capitalised ‘Level’ may be considered by some as an error but it is quite common practice for such words to be capitalised, such as Floor 1, Block 7, Corridor 9 and so on.
Also fullstops are commonly omitted from signage, not sure why but it seems to be standard practice.
Apart from those errors, the sign should be a notice and not a warning.
Let’s give them credit where credit is due though. They managed to spell correctly the very difficult multisyllabic word ‘inconvenience’. They also managed to fix the sign straight and level.
Now how many errors do I have in this post and how many did I miss in that sign ?

Normally you would see this sort of mangled English signage in China. I guess their influence is already stronger than we thought. And this in a country where English is an official language, purportedly.
Must be the CEO’s doing. It must be tough being barely literate.
I’m not sure it should even start off with the word WARNING. Warning signs are used when there are hazards.
