Muscat postures about human rights then bothers off to the dictatorship of Azerbaijan

Malta’s puppet prime minister cares nothing for human rights. He just thought it convenient to use a report that had been sitting on his desk for almost two years in a Franco-Debono-style ‘ha, hu go fik’ moment in parliament.
It backfired.

Two wrongs never make a right. Reports were made to be read.
