Manuel Mallia’s driver and general election vote-canvasser, PC533 Paul Sheehan, was deployed at the Spinola Bay police station, which covers Paceville, for years.

I have received this email from a man I know who used to work as a security guard at Havana Club in Paceville:

I can also confirm your reports about his addiction for Red Bull. In 2006-2008, when I worked at Havana, Sheenan used to be on duty in Paceville on weekends and he made regular visits to the club asking for Red Bull – without payment, of course.

This obviously came in exchange for allowing the club to operate past the 4am mark stipulated by law. Needless to say that such benefits did not come against just one can of Red Bull, but against multiple cans throughout his shift.

When we saw the certificate news we raised an eyebrow. Now we know it was a nod from one ‘hero’ to another.

I remember going to Malta on holiday and eating in various restaurants. The same policemen would come in day in, day out, for free lunches in return for parking space.

The plot thickens. And still no sign of Smith.

    Any news on the ‘victim’?

    Only Red Bull?

Sheehan +Red Bull: A clear case of many cans making a c*nt.

Well this bull was definitely seeing red when his ministerial car got hit.

And surprise surprise, who was the police inspector managing the St.Julian’s police station? Gabriel Micallef, of course. Paceville lap dance club owners were protected by these bunch.

Lap-dancing clubs are also talcum-powder-trafficking places where you have all security personnel selling to patrons and lap dancers alike.

What an easy bribe this idiot was and is.

My grandfather always said that the police were criminals and assassins, but with a number outside their collar.

Its just a shame the police did not arrest him on the night of the shooting and search his house. They probably would have found a few cans of Red Bull lying around.

Smith, the victim, has for sure struck a deal with Mallia. The truth may never come out.
