There are no records on file with the Malta Financial Services Authority for Waterbus International beyond the initial documents when the company was set up in 2008. It is still officially active but no annual reports, returns or accounts have ever been filed ever.

Curiouser and curiouser.
Why is the nationality of Smith and Duncan being shown as “MALTESE”? I thought they were British.
[Daphne – I have put this up as a separate post.]
Is this the company that was meant to build floating buses down in Manoel Island?
Is it a front for something else then? Hmmmm, the plot thickens.
If the company is not trading, then how is he supporting himself?
Until just before the elections, the same thing could be said of Kasco’s company.
Just a coincidence;
Stephen and his Scottish father are very nice and decent people.They run an honest and very innovative business manufacturing Amphibous Coaches which are mostly exported….Their company is operating under a different name…Stephen has been brought up in Malta and can speak Maltese.
What is the company’s name?
Can one of our so called journalists go and park him/herself in front of Unit K4B?
