I’d missed this back in October, but The Malta Independent publicised it today in connection with its story on Australia Hall.

By gosh, Bighi hospital looks as dilapidated as Australia Hall.
Two of my ancestors (they were brothers) were the on-site architects at the building of Bighi hospital in the early 1830s.
I knew about this BBC programme and I called Mr. Manche about it.
It was first transmitted on BBC World Service radio in an extensive service on the centenary of the start of World War I.
