    I’ve always been convinced that drivers and hunters should pass an intelligence test before having a licence issued to them.

    If you think that drinking and driving is dangerous what makes you think that mixing that mentality with guns isn’t even worse?

      No, but I would change the system to one where they have to write the names of their preferred candidates in full.
