It really should have been “HAMALLI” but they went one better.
Even the Maltese is erroneous. If one retains the wording, it should read “L-Għawm” not “Għawm” and “PPROJBIT” not “PROJBIT”. All our environment is getting horrendous and amateurish by the second.
Perhaps they have some literate animals in Gozo.
I’m not surprised. The road sign at the very top of St Paul’s Street in Valletta says something like “no parking between 0700hrs till 1600hrs”. (Yes, “between … till”.)
