UPDATED/This car with a specially reserved parking space belongs to Jose Herrera’s adviser, Marc Muscat

This silver Mercedes SLK, plate number MRC 715, has a specified reserved parking space (see sign-post) on St Christopher Street, under the aegis of the Parliamentary Secretariat for Competitiveness and Economic Growth.

The parliamentary secretary in question is Jose Herrera. His minister is Chris Cardona.

UPDATE: The car belongs to Taghna Lkoll switcher Marc Muscat, who was CEO of the Water Services Corporation under the Nationalist government, and is now an adviser to Jose Herrera (which apparently comes with the perk of a parking space reserved for his car specifically, on the pavement).
