Because parking normally is too mainstream

Here’s a government car parked quite creatively on the Sliema front, directly on the pedestrian promenade at Fond Ghadir, next to the cabana which serves food and drink.
And before this triggers yet another one of those interminable debates about the etymology of the word and a hundred people flood in to tell me it’s ‘gabbana’ and not ‘cabana’, a gabbana is an overcoat with a hood. A cabana is a wooden hut.
The subject of this post is how official government cars are routinely parked in unconventional places.
