Again, there has been a result from a story reported on this website.

Some days ago I uploaded screen-shots of shockingly racist and bigoted anti-Muslim and anti-Semitic posts from ‘family therapist’ Charlie Azzopardi’s Facebook page. He also expressed his admiration of the leadership skills of Saddam Hussein and Muammar Gaddafi.

Charlie Azzopardi is a consultant on retainer to Family and Social Policy Minister Michael Farrugia.

Mark-Anthony Falzon, who teaches at the University of Malta and writes a column for The Sunday Times, then reported his anti-Semitic posts to the National Commission for the Promotion of Equality, which is investigating the matter.

Meanwhile, Times of Malta rang Michael Farrugia and asked what he plans to do about his consultant’s behaviour, but Farrugia – a member of the liberal and progressive government – predictably replied that everyone has a right to his opinion and he doesn’t see why he should be involved.

Meanwhile, back in France, Marine Le Pen is about to undergo prosecution for inciting racial hatred, for saying that Muslims in France are like the Nazi Occupation. She has been stripped of immunity from prosecution.
