Malta government will be selling visas to Chinese people through Chinese company

A report in the Chinese media reveals that the government of Malta will be selling residence (European Schengen zone) visas to Chinese families through a company called Shanghai Overseas Chinese Exit-Entry Services Co Ltd (上海华侨因私出入境服务有限公司). This is a private company.

The report also says that one of the advantages is that the Maltese government will not ask about the source of your money when you apply.

The next step that needs to be taken here – please, other journalists get on board with this one – is to find some way of checking out the shareholding and involvements of that company in China, which is going to be very difficult but necessary.

Instinct, experience and the nose for a story tell me that Sai Mizzi Liang is involved somehow and the real reason she has “opted not to renew” her contract is because she will be making a hell of a lot more money selling European Schengen zone visas through this private company via the good offices of her husband’s government. For make no mistake about it, as current events reveal, the prime minister is a three-headed Hydra: Konrad, Keith and Joseph.

Here is Sai Mizzi Liang at the launch of the programme in Shanghai a few days ago, accompanied by Jose Herrera, the parliamentary secretary who reports to Economy Minister Chris Cardona, and his ‘person of trust’, former Super One reporter Charlon Gouder.

The Department of Information made no mention of her in its press release about the event, and did not release any photographs which included her. This photograph was found in the Chinese internet reports by a Chinese-speaking reader of this website.
