Politico ranks the Joseph Muscat/Marlene Bonnici combo as one of the weakest in Europe

The Prime Minister and Malta’s permanent representative to the European Union, Marlene Bonnici, are together on the right hand of the vertical axis (the one for perm reps), which means that she is stronger than the average. If it were not for Mrs Bonnici being stronger than average, then the two together would be bottom left quadrant.

Together, they are below the horizontal axis (the one for prime ministers), which means that Muscat is weaker than the average.
