That’s the man who’s no longer supposed to be Malta’s Energy Minister, with the man who is supposed to have ordered an international audit into his suspect financial affairs, with the other man who has offshore companies in Gibraltar, Cyprus, the British Virgin Islands and Panama and a trust in New Zealand, all of which he tried to keep hidden, and whose underhand financial dealings with the managing director of the Times of Malta, The Sunday Times and Progress Press ended the latter’s career.
And that other foul thing encased in metal is the floating gas storage unit that will be anchored permanently for 18 years at Marsaxlokk.
