Konrad Mizzi, on behalf of the government of Malta, signed an agreement with Vitals Global Healthcare Ltd, a Malta-registered company, turning over three of Malta’s public hospitals to it for ‘management’.

Bluestone Investments Malta Ltd, another Malta-registered company, owns all the shares in Vitals Global Healthcare Ltd. All the shares in Bluestone Investments Malta Ltd are owned by:
