Konrad Mizzi’s fellow signatory on Vitals/Malta government contract declared bankruptcy in Canada five years ago

Ram Tumuluri, the front man for Vitals Global Healthcare, and Konrad Mizzi’s fellow signatory on the contracts and agreements which hand three of Malta’s public hospitals over to VGH, ran one spa – the Nikita Lake Lodge in rural Canada for less than two years before declaring bankruptcy – claims to have owned clinics practising traditional Ayurveda medicine in India. Tumuluri is from Kerala in India, but relatively recently became a naturalised Canadian citizen. Now he is moving to Singapore.

He took over the Nita Lake Lodge in Whistler, British Columbia, Canada in March 2010, and in December of the following year, he declared bankruptcy.
