Carnival Village: Labour Party official also had direct order for previous year

Further to my post just before this one, I can now confirm – without waiting for answers from the Malta Arts Council and by going straight to the planning applications – that William Lewis, a Labour Party official, was given a direct order as architect for the Carnival Village not only for the year beginning August 2016, the date of the email leaked to me, but also for the year before that.

His name is on the planning applications received by the Planning Authority in August 2015.
