If any Nationalist MPs or candidates are planning parties at the Seabank, they should call them off

It’s difficult for me to forget the surreal situation in the last general election, with key Nationalist MPs and officials organising campaign parties at Silvio Debono’s Seabank Hotel and accepting his invitations to dinner at a Mellieha restaurant, fully convinced he was a committed ‘Nationalist’ – even as he campaigned for the election of the Labour Party, cosied up to Muscat, and paid for the refurbishment of Mellieha’s Labour Party club. He had a land deal in mind already.
