Tourism Minister throws party at Silvio Debono’s hotel

Will the Tourism Minister kindly tell us, and provide hard evidence in the form of an invoice and proof of payment, that Silvio Debono did not donate the use of the premises and the catering, in part or in full. So many politicians on both sides of the House throw their campaign parties at the Seabank Hotel that it can’t be a coincidence. In the normal scheme of things it would be the last place you would want to throw a party because most people can’t be fagged to drive all the way to Mellieha and back, and prefer somewhere more central and attractive.

They must be getting it for free or at a discount. And when you’re Minister for Tourism, taking favours from hotel-owners is particularly obnoxious.
