Scandal-dogged Konrad Mizzi represented Malta at an informal meeting of EU energy ministers today. On Malta’s behalf, he signed the Political Declaration on Clean Energy for EU Islands. The video was posted brazenly on the Facebook page of the 2017 Maltese Presidency of the Council of the EU.
