WATCH: Muscat filmed unwares during Xarabank break

Muscat is seen here during the first break in the ongoing Xarabank debate on TVM, shortly after the news broke that his chief of staff and his pet minister, Keith Schembri and Konrad Mizzi, took kickbacks on the purchase of the LNG tanker for the Electrogas power station, as described in yet another Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit report to the police, which the police covered up.

The aides swarming around the angry Muscat are Transport Authority chief James Piscopo, Office of the Prime Minister ‘person of trust’ Glenn Bedingfield, government communications boss Kurt Farrugia, and Luke Dalli, who was put on the state payroll at the Malta Council for Culture and the Arts and whose mother is the Civil Liberties Minister, Helena Dalli. Keith Schembri, who should have been there as his chief of staff, is in hiding.

We now know who Muscat’s closest aides are in his times of trial: Glenn, Luke, Kurt and Piscopo.
