Dom Mintoff’s daughter Anne McKenna, reserved sister of the less publicity-shy Yana Bland, was at the Nationalist Party mass meeting on the Floriana granaries yesterday evening, with tens of thousands of other Maltese people who are massing behind the Forza Nazzjonali in the fight against government corruption.

In 2012, Ms McKenna, an economist at Malta Enterprise, had written a series of letters to the editor, published in the Times of Malta, delineating the shortcomings of the government of the day and calling for a change to Labour and a government led by Joseph Muscat.
