He palmed them off on the taxpayer by decorating them with the Justice Ministry’s emblem, can you believe it?
And not only is this totally abusive in itself, but to make matters worse, he has used it as a scheme to funnel taxpayers’ funds to the General Workers Union, in whose newspaper they were booked.
