Adrian Delia and Marco Barbara

More half-truths below – Marco Barbara was used a front by Adrian Delia’s client, Eucharist Barbara. That is why the title of 52 Greek Street in Soho was in his name, and he was listed as having bought it for £240,000. Mr Barbara does not have a cent to his name, but has accumulated a variety of debts over the years. For the past few years he has worked as a chauffeur to a cabinet minister, and the cabinet minister is Chris Cardona.

At the time of the events that I have been writing about – roughly 2000 to 2004 – Dr Delia used to have long lunches at The Lantern (now closed, but just opposite the infamous Stable bar in Valletta’s Sappers Street, coincidentally) with his client Eucharist Bajada, his son Eucharist Bajada known as Kris or Chris, Chris Cardona, who was a member of the Opposition, and Marco Barbara.

Mark Barbara: good enough for the Prime Minister (of course) but for some reason Adrian Delia thinks he had better not be seen to be linked to him.
