There are no records on file with the Malta Financial Services Authority for Waterbus International beyond the initial documents when the company was set up in 2008. It is still officially active but no annual reports, returns or accounts have ever been filed ever.

Stephen and his Scottish father are very nice and decent people. They run an honest and very innovative business manufacturing Amphibous Coaches which are mostly exported….Their company is operating under a different name…Stephen has been brought up in Malta and can speak Maltese.
