Justice Minister spends the morning canvassing for votes

Owen Bonnici, the Minister for Justice, spent the greater part of this morning canvassing for personal votes in Hal Safi and the surrounding area, on the public dime and instead of seeing to his responsibilities as a member of the government.
His girlfriend, Labour Party TV reporter Janice Bartolo, was not with him.
