Johann Mula is so excited that Toni Abela has been made a judge. Mula is the Labour mayor of Hal Safi, the village where cocaine-dealing at the local Labour Party club was covered-up with the timely assistance of Abela himself, in his role as party deputy leader responsible for party clubs.
