This is so, so embarrassing. I mean, if he were 18 and talking to his student friends, maybe. And worse still, he seems to think that if it’s 2004 and has a peeling label, we should all be impressed. Father Christmas should bring him the Tibetan Book of Wine and How to Behave When You’re In Your 40s and Hold Public Office.
