Here are Astrid & Co, making it quite clear yet again that they just don’t get it:there’s no pot of gold called ‘EU funds’ there to be plundered for whatever purpose they deem fit.

In a statement, the FAA said it would prefer to see the funds going to a deserving tourism-oriented project that would possibly regenerate a depressed area, create employment and attract much needed tourists.

    Wasn’t the St John’s museum extension a tourism-oriented project? Or was it merely ‘undeserving’?
