Silvio’s organising a coffee morning for them ON THE EVE OF SETTE GIUGNO.
Why should it make a difference that the next day’s a holiday? None of the women who go to those coffee mornings actually work, and what happens there anyway, that they’re so out of it they can’t get out of bed the next day?

“lejlet” = singular : lejlet il-festa/the eve of the feast
“lejliet” = plural: lejliet il-festi/the eves of the feasts
