Jeffrey’s witnesses

Well, they’ve certainly blown up in his face, haven’t they.

My fellow Evil Clique (or as Jeffrey pronounces it, click) member has written a good piece about it.

HE HAS LOST IT

Andrew Borg Cardona

Mr Jeffrey Pullicino Orlando has accused Mr Cachia Caruana of the following, viz. and to whit:

1. Colluding with high ranking members of the Labour administration led by Dr. Alfred Sant between 1996 and 1998 in an attempt at furthering his personal interests whilst putting his colleagues in the Nationalist administration led by Dr. Eddie Fenech Adami between 1987 and 1996 in a bad light.

2. Colluding with high ranking officials representing foreign states in a clear attempt at bypassing the Nationalist Party parliamentary group and the Maltese Parliament.

3. Fomenting the unrest which has led to the difficulties being faced by PN leader, Dr. Lawrence Gonzi, both within the party and in Parliament.

Pullicino Orlando promised to produce witnesses as to the above. A few minutes ago, timesofmalta.com published his list. It also published the text of his letter to Dr Marthese Portelli, the President of the PN Executive Committee, a letter which you might want to read, if only for its tone, which reveals the arrogant insolence that resides within this person.

The witnesses are: Police Commissioner John Rizzo, EU Commissioner John Dalli, PL whip Joe Mizzi, PL MP Karmenu Vella and Gordon Pisani, the Head of Communications at the OPM.

Let’s take them in the above order.

Police Commissioner John Rizzo was never, to the best of my knowledge, a high ranking member of the Labour administration. Neither is he a high ranking official representing foreign states.

EU Commissioner John Dalli was never, to the best of my knowledge, a high ranking member of the Labour administration. Neither is he a high ranking official representing foreign states, at least not in the sense Pullicino Orlando means it.

PL Whip Joe Mizzi is, of course, a high ranking member of the Labour administration, as is PL MP Karmenu Vella, but given that he has lied in his teeth about me in the past, Pullicino Orlando will no doubt understand if I extend the same level of credibility in connection with this aspect of the matter. Neither of these two gentlemen, however, are high ranking officials representing foreign states.

Gordon Pisani was never, to the best of my knowledge, a high ranking member of the Labour administration. Neither is he a high ranking official representing foreign states.

So there we have it. With the above witnesses, Pullicino Orlando intends to justify his motion to have Cachia Caruana expelled from the Nationalist Party.

    I think Bocca meant “wit”.

    • Angus Black says:

      No he didn’t!

Google ‘whit’ and you will find out why he used ‘whit’ instead of ‘wit’.

For added interest Google ‘whittle’ and you will begin to appreciate Bocca’s profound knowledge of the English language and its versatility, especially when his intention is to induce the reader to ‘read between lines’.

Rarely does Bocca throw in a word by accident and it happens to fit the bill perfectly.

I would like to ask a simple question to JPOS, why are you doing all this? Please, a simple answer.

A putrid little ‘man’, who is up to his chin in shit, is about to take his first gulp.

    Should be some wedding.

  4. FAVETTU says:

Funny how he’s not crying in public yet.

  5. Mark says:

Given that John Dalli is a prisoner in Brussels, perhaps his portavoce Saviour Balzan can testify instead of him. Perhaps John Dalli can cough up the 15k Saviour needs to settle that most recent libel debt.

  6. jae says:

JPOS has engaged in a battle which he simply cannot win.

Only PL senior party members could substantiate JPOS claims that RCC colluded with PL because someone who is not a member of the PL could not have any direct knowledge. As for PL members, whatever they say will not be believed, for the simple reason that they have an interest in seeing JPOS come out on top.

Then why did he make these accusations against RCC and forward to the PN Executive for investigation? Probably to justify his vote in Parliament. Maybe to rebut claims that his vote was vindictive and personal.

His accusations are a non-starter and yet he went ahead. The end result is that his credibility will sink even further and further and further …

The sad thing is that PL is using JPOS as a pawn in the hope of eventually enabling another ‘pawn’, Michelle Muscat, to move on a few more squares to be made Queen.

  7. canon says:

I find it funny how JPOS involved Gordon Pisani and the Police Commissioner. I find it strange he didn’t list Jesmond Mugliett.

  8. Min Weber says:

All Mr Cachia Caruana needs to demolish Karmenu Vella is to get the other Board Directors to corroborate his (RCC’s) version.

    E bella finita.

    Anzi: e vaffanc*lo.

  9. John Vella says:

I object to having Laburisti giving evidence at the PN executive.
