Il-Guy and Herr Flick in the Golden Years of 1980s Labour government

Late last night, Herr Flick tweeted this:

The Three Cs. Callous. Cold. Calculating. Ingredients in the art of survival and self preservation. No wonder people have so many enemies

I’m guessing he didn’t have Carmen Camilleri Ciantar in mind. Or her wind-up toy, for that matter.

It’s nice to blissfully relive the insular past, over and over again, especially when there’s more to it than meets the heart.

Here’s what you had missed: http://youtu.be/W3hLKpKv3ME

Leo Brincat’s gearing up for a post in government or – the horror – in Brussels.

So it’s not the past, no. It’s the future.

Would you like a summer reading list? You sound terribly bored. And too much youtube can’t be doing much for your brain health.

Don’t betray your ignorance, La Redoute. Rather than blindly hitting the air around you, you should seek to disprove the video’s content.

Or better still, just say nothing and carry on with your crochet (I’m assuming you are a woman, even if you sound like a frustrated middle-aged man… Oh, yes, and that was very chauvinistic of me, but there you are, La Redoute).

As for boredom, I guess you’re the expert, given that you lurk this site from dawn to dusk and some more.
