He believes that Joe Cassar, a consultant psychiatrist before leaving his practice to take up a cabinet portfolio, has been profiling/assessing Mr Flick-Knife professionally so as to give the prime minister a better grip on handling him.

And now it’s Joe Cassar. It’s deja vu after Carm Mifsud Bonnici, Richard Cachia Caruana, Austin Gatt. Franco is nearing the cliff’s edge. The PN will be cleaner and stronger without him whilst he will be politically dead and buried.

I have the impression that Minister Cassar is the only one in the cabinet qualified to do Franco any good.
It does not take Joe Cassar to work out what’s wrong with Debono. My veg man sussed him out a long time ago. He summed it up in one word: miskin.
