Beneath Joseph’s claptrap bandwagon of painted positivity: the same old violent lanzit

Funny how some Laburisti form an opinion about me when they are patently unable to read or understand anything I write:

Sent in by Dylan:

Daphne nixtieq niltaqa mijak xi darba fit triq u intik xeba li niparalizalek nofs gismek u mur hudu fox il familja tijak kollha ja mara kerha u aroganti u hadra hatt ma jahmlek

Why not forward it to Kurt Farrugia?

[Daphne – Oh, he’d probably approve.]

  2. Grezz says:

The true spirit of the Malta Labour Party lives on, no matter what false facade is put on.

  3. TinaB says:

First of all, Viva Malta taghna lkoll, Dylan.

    Secondly, please speak for yourself.

    Thank you.

      Thirdly: it’s ħadd with a double ‘d’.

      • TinaB says:

Yes, of course, that too, Wormfood.

It’s just that there are so many of these illiterate idiots, like Dylan, that I don’t bother anymore – they do not want to learn anyway.

    Ghaziza Daphne,

Nistqarr li kont wiehed minn dawk li ma kontx nahmlek bla ma qatt qrajt il-blog tieghek jew iltqajt mieghek. Illum insegwi l-blog tieghek regolarment u nipprova nikkontribwixxi kif naf.

    KEEP IT UP.

  5. Rumplestiltskin says:

These are the sort of people we will have ‘celebrating’ in the streets after the election. Decent people will be prisoners in their own homes for a few days – fear will reign again.

  6. Betty says:

Daphne, I too would like to meet you in the streets but only to lay out a red carpet for you.

Keep blogging til you go blue in the face (pardon the pun) and don’t give up on trying to convince people to vote PN.

Thank you for the info and articles that you upload. I am able to argue with the Laburisti who surround me here at work and with the ‘Nationalists’ who insist on being ‘cool’ (in the wrong way) by voting for ‘change’.

  7. Pro says:

Dylan, just do us all a favour, if you do not agree with the contents written on this blog, simply do not log into it dear! with lots of love and kisses, Nazzjonalista.

  8. Malti says:

Aktar ma nisma u naqra, dawn in-nies aktar ibikkuni.

Dawn huma nies li m’ghandhomx l-icken ideja x’qieghed jigri barra minn xtutna.

Araw Spanja, Grecja, Italja…u Franza? Sar pajjiz tal-wahx. Jien immur kull hmistax il-gurnata fuq xoghol. Nies jittalbu kullimkien. Jisirqu ghax mghandhomx alternattiva.

Sa ftit zmien ilu, kienu jmaqqdru kull sekonda lil Sarkozy, illum qed jibkuh.

U ahna hekk ha jigrilna. Qed nghixu f’pajjiz trankwill fejn ghandna l-akbar ammont ta nies jahdmu li qatt kellu dan il-pajjiz u ha narmu kollox fiz-zibel mill-llum ghal ghada.

Ha jkollna tmexxija ta nies inkompetenti li ma ghandhomx l-icken ideja ta xi jridu jaghmlu jew fejn iridu jaslu.

Issa ilna ghal dawn l-ahhar tminn gimghat nisimghu lil Joseph jinghi u jipprova jikkonvinci li Alla baght lilu sabiex isalva lil dan il-pajjiz minn qerda totali. Iz-zmien ser jghallima, nispera li ma jkunx tard wisq.

Dr Gonzi….grazzi ta kull ma ghamilt ghal dan il-pajjiz.

  9. A Montebello says:

NO… let the Dylans come in. Let the Eddy Priviteras spew their bile and let Daphne keep exposing them for what they are.

It should serve to sway any switchers or uncertains from not voting or voting AD “to teach the PN a lesson”.

A sure case of cutting your nose to spite your face, or for those Dylans amongst us, a case of “taqta’ lbajd- biex tinki l-mara”.

  10. Malti says:

You are so efficient, Daphne. I am sure you can be a much better Prime Minister than Joseph Muscat.

    • observer says:

A generous pinch of common sense, sincerity, and – most of all – humility will make even the least endowed among us far better than il-ginger!

  11. AG says:

L-aqwa li jghajtu ‘Taghna Lkoll’ kull meta Joseph jghidilhom li m’hemmx Laburisti u Nazzjonalisti ghax kulhadd Malti.

Daphne, you are greatly admired by many people. Please ignore comments like this and keep up your good work.

    Ghaziz cittadin Dylan,

Milli nista nimmagina ghandek xi 15/16-il sena, tifel zghir li ma tafx x’igifieri socjalizmu sfrenat. Ha naghlmek ftit.

Kont taf li qabel fi zminkom biex ikollok TV tal-kulur ried tmur ghand ministru u ittih xi haga?

Kont taf li fi zminkom meta toghli it-telefon biex iccempel kont tisma lin-nies ohrajn jitkelmu?

Kont taf li f’certu irhula Maltin ma kontx tista timxi fit-triq bil-gazetta tal-PN ghax kont tirriskja li taqla xeba?

Kont taf li affarijiet ta’ l-ikel ta’ barra minn ta’ linqas kien hawn u illum issib minn kollox?

Habib tieghi, jekk nibqa sejjer qas nieqaf. Ikber, iftah mohhok u turiex il-wicc veru arroganti tal-MLP.

  18. Natalie Mallett says:

Malta taghna lkoll indeed! On Super One two days ago they were discussing censorship on television and radio stations and how national television should be controlled. They will never change and neither will my vote.

  19. S.Speakout says:

Dear Ms Galizia, I am not a big fan of your blog and the way you express your ideas but putting that aside I am a true believer in equality and human rights, and the right of freedom of speech and expression is one of them, so i guess no one can stop you from this.

Further more,by posting a comment like this about the Labour supporters seems quite unfair as you’re putting everyone in one sock. Due to the Maltese education system , which by the way the Nationalists are so proud of, and its countries’ turn out rate in education, I have managed to actually learn and educate myself during the years. Along with the fact that Mintof was the one who started this education system where workers children could go to school. So it seems like a good reason why your generalizing so much knowing how fond you were of him.

So, if you think that only your “type” of people are educated you should clearly take a look at the facts of who is graduating every year from the University of Malta. And besides, what is there not to understand in your blog, its not like you write in Greek, its simple English, since clearly you’re not to comfortable speaking in Maltese.

[Daphne – It was not Mintoff who sent the workers’ children to school. It was the British colonial administration that made primary schooling compulsory, and it had to be made compulsory because parents wouldn’t have sent them otherwise. They thought children should work. And it was Borg Olivier’s (Nationalist) government that made university free. That’s why all that sexagenarian scum in your Labour Party was able to go to university. Or haven’t you been able to work out that people like Karmenu Vella turned 18 before Mintoff came into power?

And no, I don’t write Greek, but it’s certainly not ‘simple English’. It’s idiomatic British English, and when read by people who know only the Globish version, much is lost in translation. Hence the confusion and the belief that this is hate speech when all it is is mockery.]

Keep at it, Daphne! You`re the biggest thorn in their side and they just haven`t a clue how to handle you, except to resorting to typical Lejber expletives!
