Id-dentist xebgha jaqa’ ghan-nejk, issa qed iqabbad lill-bidilla tidher ghalih.

    • P Shaw says:

That is what I noticed. She is writing all his posts now, whereas obviously she is not the type to think.

      • kev says:

I’m eager to read about his input to these ‘data protection’ discussions.

Incidentally, can the good doctor assure us that no remnants exist of the EU’s data retention directive, invalidated by the ECJ last summer? I presume that the law has been repealed. I might have missed it. Haven’t read much about it.

And how’s the SS digital library going?

Oh, that’s not your department. Sorry, dott.

      • High Tea says:

Jeffrey Pullicino is neither good, nor a doctor.

      • kev says:

That comment was posted in the wrong box. The ‘doctor’ I’m referring to is clearly Owen Bonnici.

    • Peritocracy says:

Maybe he pulled a gun on her and hijacked her Facebook account.

  2. Freedom5 says:

Ms Boffa, tkomplix turi kemm int imbecilli.

  3. Giraffa says:

Interesting that Owen Bonnici is so into Home Affairs, though his wife wouldn’t be so surprised

  5. Tabatha White says:

Lara Boffa, by virtue of her exploited surname, is not a private person.

    She’s public property. Taghna Llkoll.

    Sold at the going price.

  6. Mananni says:

This government is becoming more entertaining than The Muppet Show, the evil version.

  7. Matthew S says:

    Ho, ho, ho!

This is like Monica Lewinsky coming out in support of Tiger Woods.

  8. edgar says:

Before she was ”IN” and now she is plugged in and does what her boss says.

  9. pale blue my foot! says:

What a convenient tool Lara has become for the dentist in every sense. No doubt free botox sessions ensure her cooperation.

  10. In nemusa says:

Private life? And then they make sure they flaunt everything on Facebook? Showing how many holidays they took together (probably on the public purse) and then they want to remain private when it suits their convenience?

If they want to remain private here are some tips: get off political billboards, get off government-appointed boards, get off Facebook, get off from on top of your boss at night who holds a very public position.

  11. Gahan says:

Il-ħin kollu jikxfu sormom fuq daż-żigg(la jużaha il-prim jista’ juża’ “żigg” Ġaħan ukoll) ta’ Face Book u imbagħad jistennew li ħadd ma jikteb fuqhom.

Jekk imxennqin għal-attenzjoni hawn min jagħtihielom.

  12. milton says:

Lara Boffa won’t last long because now he’s running out of time – no longer 35. Jeffrey will soon find another cavity that needs filling.

  13. Mim says:

Great perhaps he can pick up ideas for synonyms for data protection because the public do deserve some variety when it comes to what gaffes are being hidden behind.

  14. La Redoute says:

If Ms Boffa is annoyed at her privacy being invaded, she should get out of her boss’s bed permanently after instructing him to never boast or post photos of their supposedly private life financed by the public purse.

  15. Mila says:

”The conflict lies in the fact that he (Jesmond Pace) sat on the Lotteries and Gaming Authority board at a time when the Dragonara Casino had been awarded a 10-year license to operate back in 2010. ”

So Chris Cardona is saying that if one sits on a board which awards a licence to company A, then one can never sit on any board which is considering any other application by company A.

The other two ‘conflicts of interest which he mentions are even more bizarre when one considers how government is behaving.

I wonder if Chris Cardona, his practice, associates, wife, girlfriends, dog, cat or parrot etc. ever crossed paths with Eden Leisure?

“party’s enjoyment of rights”. Think she meant “rights of enjoyment at parties”
