    I wish I could do as Brian suggests. I really wish.

    However, at my age, flexibility is limited by osteoarthritis of the cervical spine.

    I will leave this exercise to the younger generation.

    The one nearing forty. Middle age.

      We seem to be in the same boat, Anthony, but don’t despair and keep going.

      I am 52, yet unfortunately feel really older with my condition. But to hell with it, just go on with your life… Take care now.

      I do not know if anyone agrees with me on this issue. Although I never agreed with Sant’s policies, he certainly seemed to have been the most ‘conservative’ within the Labour Party.
